I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and stage-of-life developmental issues, as well as couples with relationship concerns.

I have worked extensively with undergraduate and graduate students in the counseling centers at Lipscomb University, Clemson University, Rhodes College, Appalachian State University, and Vanderbilt University, and with adults in inpatient psychiatric hospital and outpatient counseling center settings.

I am a native of Williamson County, and a graduate of Franklin High School and Vanderbilt University (BA, Psychology; MEd, Human Development Counseling). I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from The University of Memphis, and completed a postdoctoral residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Psychological and Counseling Center.
